Make a Difference Services was founded by Barclay and Falefahina Kaipuke, two dedicated professionals with over a decade of experience in the NDIS and disability support sector. After working in multiple leadership and frontline roles, we saw the need for a provider that delivers reliable, culturally respectful, and genuinely person-centred care. That vision led to the creation of Make a Difference Services.

We are a family-owned NDIS provider supporting participants across Sydney and Victoria, offering Community Access, Individual Support, and SIL services. Our approach is built on compassion, consistency, and respect—ensuring every participant feels valued, supported, and in control of their goals.
