Make a Difference Services was founded by Barclay and Falefahina Kaipuke, two dedicated professionals with over a decade of experience in the NDIS and disability care sector. After working in various leadership and frontline roles, we recognized the need for an NDIS provider that delivers reliable, culturally respectful, and genuinely person-centred care. This vision led to the creation of Make a Difference Services.

As a family-owned NDIS provider, we support participants across Sydney and Victoria, offering essential community access services, individual support services, and SIL services. Our approach is grounded in compassion, consistency, and respect—ensuring every participant feels valued, supported, and in control of their goals.
