Make a difference services was built on a foundation of family values and deep clinical expertise. We recognised a need in the NDIS landscape for care that wasn't just highly professional, but profoundly personal.
With over 40 years of combined experience, our leadership brings together rigorous standards with the warmth of a family-run organization. We aren't just providers; we are your partners in growth and well-being.
The principles that guide every interaction and every care plan we design.

We treat every participant with the same warmth, dignity, and respect as we would our own family members, fostering true belonging.

Backed by decades of experience, our care is evidence-based, safe, and delivered by highly trained professionals committed to highest standards.

We believe consistent care is better care. We invest in our team to ensure low turnover, giving you familiar faces you can trust.
To be the most trusted and respected family- owned NDIS provider, known universally for our unwavering commitment to client stability, innovative care practices, and profoundly positive community impact.
How we translate our decades of experience into tangible results for you.

We start with a comprehensive, holistic assessment to truly understand not just your needs, but your aspirations and preferences.

Interventions are delivered with empathy, prioritizing your comfort and minimizing clinical anxiety

We actively coordinate with your allied health professionals and support coordinators for unified outcomes.
As a Registered NDIS Provider, we adhere to the strictest quality and safety guidelines. But we view these standards as our baseline, not our ceiling.
Our internal clinical governance framework includes:
Mandatory ongoing training for all staff
Transparent incident reporting and management
Continuous participant feedback loops
The family behind Make a difference services.

Co Founder & Company Director
Matt's journey in community services began in 2001, supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and complex support needs. Over the years, he developed a deep passion for helping people maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
In 2024, after many conversations about the future of disability and aged care services, Matt and his son Barclay established Make A Difference Services. Having worked across the care sector, they shared a vision of creating a service that genuinely puts people first.
As a family-owned and operated business, we understand the importance of trust, reliability, and treating every client as we would our own family. Our focus is not only on delivering exceptional support to NDIS participants and Aged Care Clients, but also on creating a workplace where staff feel valued, respected, and heard.
We believe that when staff are supported, clients receive better care. By building strong relationships with both our clients and our team, we provide the consistent, compassionate support that makes a genuine difference in people's lives.

Co Founder & Operations Manager
Barclay and Fale Kaipuke have over 12 years of experience in the NDIS industry, both starting out as Support Workers and working their way through to leadership and management roles.
This hands-on experience has given them a strong understanding of what participants, families, and support workers need to achieve the best outcomes. Fale has also worked extensively in Case Coordination, helping participants navigate their supports and build strong relationships with service providers and stakeholders.
Their passion for the industry comes from years of working directly with people and seeing firsthand the difference quality support can make. As a family-run business, they are committed to creating a service where participants feel valued and where workers feel supported, respected, and heard.
